What data we process

Through the reservation form we collect: name, email, phone number, requested date, time and party size, any free-text notes (e.g. allergies or special requests) and the browsing language.

Why we process it

To handle your reservation request and contact you to confirm it (pre-contractual measures at your request, art. 6.1.b GDPR). Only if you tick the optional "news and invitations" box do we use your email or phone for occasional communications from the restaurant (consent, art. 6.1.a GDPR): you can withdraw it at any time by writing to info@kombostreet.it. With your reservation we also record the channel your visit came from (e.g. social media or search engine), with no profiling. No transfer to third parties for commercial purposes.

How and where we store it

Your request is emailed to the restaurant's mailbox and recorded in a restricted archive on the server hosting this site (Aruba S.p.A., datacenter in Italy), accessible only to dining-room staff through a protected area. We keep requests for 24 months, then delete them.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data at any time by writing to info@kombostreet.it. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

Cookies

This site uses technical cookies, needed for it to work (reservations included), and — only with your consent, requested by the banner on your first visit — measurement cookies (Google Analytics 4, visit statistics) and marketing cookies (Meta pixel, for more relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram). Third-party cookie owners: Google Ireland Ltd and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. Your choice is remembered for 12 months (6 if you refuse) in the technical cookie kombo_consenso, and you can change it at any time here: reopen cookie choices.
