The restaurant

A fish restaurant in Olbia, away from the noise

Every dish is recognisable. Never predictable.

Who we are

Start from what you know, and take it somewhere new

Kombo Street was born in Olbia's historic centre, on Via Cagliari, at the foot of the Basilica of San Paolo. The promise is a precise balance: fish from the gulf, seasonal vegetables and pecorino meet contemporary technique and concrete creativity. It isn't traditional cooking: it's interpretation.

The dining room is intimate and cared for, the pace that of a dinner taking its time. Here the experience is more than the plate: it's service, rhythm, perception.

The chef

Anna Greguoldo

Trained in Michelin-starred kitchens, Anna leads with one clear idea: you don't perform a territory, you interpret it. Culurgiones meet octopus and chimichurri, carbonara turns to tuna, the cappuccino is made of mussels.

From the open kitchen you watch her work: the hands, the embers, the plating. You know the starting point. The result will surprise you.

Service is part of the dish

Guests always mention it: the care doesn't stop at the kitchen. The room accompanies dinner dish by dish, the sommelier finds the right glass among local vermentino and cannonau, and the bar closes the evening with a signature cocktail or a gin chosen from more than sixty labels.

"Great service and great food, I would come back here any time!"

A story of three

Kombo Street is the project of three partners: Anna, Giuseppe and Roberta. Three different paths, one idea of hospitality: a place in the heart of Olbia where the kitchen surprises and the evening flows unhurried.
