In the heart of Olbia's old town, but away from its noise.
At Kombo Street, local fish is our starting point: we serve it raw or cooked with contemporary techniques — an identity-driven cuisine that turns Sardinian raw materials into a modern, relaxed and carefully crafted experience.
The catch, every day
We work only with fresh fish, every day. We select it at the local fish market: caught in the Mediterranean Sea and brought into the kitchen daily. Everything else on our seafood menu starts from here.
Our fish dishes
A seafood cuisine that follows the seasons: the menu changes with the rhythm of the territory. Two dishes capture our idea: the Tuna carbonara, carbonara reimagined for the sea, with raw tuna, egg-yolk cream, crispy ham and black pepper, and the Linguine with clams and bottarga, a classic in our essential version with parsley and bottarga. And then the Chef's raw seafood selection, the Marinated carpaccio, the Culurgiones with creamed cod and the Catch of the day
The MenuWhere to find us
In Olbia's old town, at the foot of the Basilica di San Paolo
We're in the heart of Olbia, at Via Cagliari 5, a quiet side street just steps from the Corso, facing the Basilica di San Paolo, a 16th-century church.
